Clarity is Queen

Exposure and experiences help you come to life’s choices with the most powerful tool of all: your full self. This is because both deepen your inner knowing.

When I co-create opportunities with the young adults I work with we aim to discover more about their areas of interest and the things that say, “That’s me!” and more importantly, “Not that!”

Clarity is queen, and it comes through engagement. I encourage curiosity into the details; this way they can guarantee the most alignment about what does and doesn’t do it for them.

Until you get really clear on what you want, you will get something that sorta-kinda-almost-but not quite is it. Keep refining with each experience. It is creating clarity.
